Turkish–Arabic Translator (Confection Manager Assistant)

About the Role

Nur Nil is currently seeking a bilingual Turkish–Arabic Translator to serve as an Assistant to the Confection Manager at our Beni Suef production facility. This role plays a vital part in facilitating clear communication between Turkish-speaking supervisors and Arabic-speaking production staff, ensuring operational efficiency, accurate task execution, and a harmonious work environment.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Turkish and Arabic, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate an understanding of manufacturing or textile operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate verbal instructions, technical terms, and daily communications between the Turkish-speaking Confection Manager and Arabic-speaking workers
  • Interpret during meetings, training sessions, and quality control discussions
  • Translate written documents, production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual aids as needed
  • Support the Confection Manager with administrative follow-up, production updates, and cross-cultural coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
  • Assist in improving employee understanding of workplace rules, technical standards, and compliance procedures

 

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Turkish and Arabic (spoken and written); English is a plus
  • Prior experience in textile, garment, or manufacturing settings preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with production or sewing-related terminology is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
