Fabric Production

At Nur Nil, we take great pride in our advanced and diversified fabric production capabilities. Operating from our facility in Beni Suef, we maintain a monthly output capacity of 300,000 meters of woven fabric, powered by a total of 38 high-performance looms. This infrastructure enables us to serve a wide range of product segments, from hospitality and institutional textiles to high-quality retail applications—each produced to precise technical and aesthetic specifications.

Our weaving department is equipped with a carefully selected mix of Toyota Air Jet Dobby looms, configured at working widths of 210 cm and 340 cm, allowing us to handle both narrow and wide-width fabric formats. We also operate Itema Dobby looms with a standard 220 cm width, optimized for efficiency in mid-range production requirements. For more robust weaving applications, our Sulzer Dobby looms, with a 390 cm width, offer extended capacity and are ideal for wide-format fabrics often used in hospitality or furnishing textiles. Additionally, our Pignone Jacquard looms—available in 220 cm and 340 cm widths—allow for the creation of intricate designs, patterns, and textures, supporting custom-developed jacquard fabrics for clients seeking elevated visual and tactile distinction.

This diverse setup enables us to produce an expansive portfolio of woven fabrics—from lightweight sheers to heavier, structured materials—each woven under stringent quality control protocols to ensure texture uniformity, color precision, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability.

To support operational efficiency and preserve our rigorous standards, all fabric orders at Nur Nil require a minimum of one 20-foot container. This minimum threshold allows us to coordinate production resources, consolidate procurement and batching activities, and deliver consistently high-quality output—especially for clients requiring custom weaves, special finishes, or high yardage volumes.

Our standard lead time for fabric production is between 8 to 10 weeks from the date of order confirmation. This includes the full scope of processes: yarn procurement, weaving, dyeing, finishing, inspection, and final packaging. By centralizing these stages under one roof, we ensure coordinated execution, faster turnaround, and unmatched reliability in every project we undertake.
