At Nur Nil, our towel production line is engineered to deliver exceptional quality at scale, with a focus on comfort, performance, and durability. Leveraging a specialized terry weaving setup, we produce up to 220 tons of premium towels per month, serving the needs of hotels, spas, wellness brands, and premium home collections across global markets.
Our towel weaving infrastructure includes a selection of high-performance Itema looms, specifically designed to accommodate both classic and complex designs. Our Jacquard Itema looms operate at widths of 260 cm, 360 cm, and 380 cm, allowing us to produce intricately patterned towels with precise detail and visual richness. In parallel, our Dobby Itema looms, set at 360 cm and 380 cm widths, support high-volume production of classic terry formats, ensuring consistent weave structures, uniform loop heights, and optimal absorbency.
Each towel is woven under strict quality assurance protocols, with careful control over parameters such as pile density, loop consistency, and fabric weight. We begin with carefully selected yarns, followed by precision-controlled weaving techniques and a multi-phase finishing process that enhances colorfastness, texture retention, and dimensional stability. The result is a towel that feels luxurious to the touch, performs consistently over time, and aligns with international expectations for durability and comfort.
To maintain operational efficiency and ensure full quality oversight throughout the production process, all towel orders at Nur Nil require a minimum order of one 40-foot high cube container. This volume threshold allows for the effective batching of yarns, dyes, and finishes, as well as uniform quality checks across the entire production run. It also supports more cost-efficient logistics, especially for clients seeking custom weaving, embroidery, or private-label branding.
Our standard lead time for towel production ranges from 6 to 8 weeks following confirmed order approval. This timeline includes yarn procurement, weaving, dyeing, finishing, inspection, and packing—ensuring every shipment is delivered with the excellence and consistency that Nur Nil is known for.
