Production

At Nur Nil Tekstil, we deliver a comprehensive portfolio of integrated textile solutions, combining precision weaving, advanced dyeing techniques, and meticulous finishing processes. Every stage of our work is designed to ensure that the final product reflects the highest standards of comfort, quality, and style—tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

Our weaving operations utilize a wide range of looms, including air-jet and jacquard, to produce a diverse selection of fabrics. With a monthly capacity of up to 300,000 meters, we are able to handle high-volume orders without compromising on quality. Each roll is subjected to rigorous controls to verify texture consistency, color accuracy, and durability, ensuring compliance with demanding international standards.

By centralizing weaving, dyeing, finishing, and embroidery under one roof, we shorten lead times, strengthen reliability, and provide our partners in hospitality, healthcare, and retail with textiles they can trust.

Towel Manufacturing
Through our specialized terry weaving lines, we consistently deliver up to 220 tons of premium towels per month—each crafted with exceptional softness and superior absorbency. Our production process includes careful yarn selection, precise weaving techniques, and a multi-stage finishing sequence that reinforces colorfastness and durability. From spa-grade towels to everyday essentials, our dedicated teams meticulously oversee every step to guarantee consistent pile height, plush texture, and long-lasting performance. This unwavering commitment to excellence makes our towels a trusted choice for hotels, resorts, and discerning home consumers worldwide.

Dyeing & Finishing
Our in-house dyehouse leverages cutting-edge technology to handle 220 tons of piece dyeing and 300 tons of yarn dyeing each month, accommodating a wide array of color palettes and fabric types. We use DyStar® products to achieve vibrant, colorfast finishes while minimizing our environmental footprint. Additionally, our specialized mercerizing machinery enhances both the luster and strength of the fabric, resulting in a premium look and feel. By seamlessly coordinating these processes with our weaving operations, we maintain a consistent production flow that delivers remarkable color depth, uniform texture, and a high-quality finish in every batch.

Custom Orders & Sampling
Recognizing the importance of individuality in branding and design, we offer a dedicated pathway for custom orders and sampling. Our team collaborates closely with you to develop bespoke color palettes, specialized weaves, and personalized embroidery or logo work that align with your brand identity. Throughout the sampling phase, we meticulously refine each detail—evaluating factors such as thread count, weight, and finishing methods—to ensure your final product meets all functional and aesthetic requirements. This hands-on approach empowers you to innovate within the hospitality, healthcare, or retail space while relying on Nur Nil Tekstil’s proven expertise and responsiveness.

Minimum Order Quantities & Lead Times
To streamline logistics and uphold rigorous quality benchmarks, fabrics require a 20-foot container with an estimated production window of 8–10 weeks post-order confirmation, while towels mandate a 40-foot container and typically ship within 6–8 weeks. These thresholds allow us to manage resource allocation effectively, maintain consistent manufacturing workflows, and conduct thorough inspections at each stage. By carefully balancing efficiency with meticulous attention to detail, we deliver your orders promptly and in optimal condition, preserving both cost-effectiveness and product excellence.
