About the Role

Nur Nil is looking to hire experienced and skilled Weavers to join our textile production team in Beni Suef. As a Weaver, you will be responsible for operating looms, monitoring fabric production, and ensuring high-quality weaving standards are met. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, minimizing machine downtime, and delivering flawless fabric output.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automatic and semi-automatic weaving machines (e.g., air jet, jacquard, dobby looms)
• Detect and correct weaving defects, yarn breakages, and tension issues in real time
• Perform daily start-up checks, threading, and machine adjustments as necessary
• Ensure fabric quality meets defined specifications and company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the weaving workstation
• Report machine malfunctions or production abnormalities to the Weaving Supervisor
• Assist in routine maintenance activities and record daily production output

Qualifications

• Previous experience in weaving operations (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Basic understanding of weaving machines and fabric structures
• Ability to follow instructions and quality control guidelines accurately
• Good physical stamina and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts if required
• Prior experience in the home textile or towel production sector is an advantage
